Ambassadors will see a change in how bulk tickets are purchased and registered beginning at the March Limitless.
When you submit a paper form with a bulk ticket purchase request, you will pick up bulk physical tickets with QR codes at the end of the event, or you will be mailed the bulk tickets with QR codes if they purchase online.
As your guests register, we will switch the QR code to the guest, at the same time deleting the ticket from your bulk ticket batch.
Please remind your guests to either bring the physical ticket, or to print the email they will be receiving with the QR code so they can get scanned in when they arrive.
We will begin selling the QR code tickets during the March Limitless, and the scanning system will begin during the April event.
There will obviously be some overlap for a couple of months, which we can handle by creating on-site QR codes when people arrive with a blank ticket.
This will help create credibility, higher value, more professionalism, and better tracking.
